Roles & Responsibilities: Primary Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of financial concepts including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in SAP FICO General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis. Expertise in S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting, covering: Group Reporting Architecture & Components Global Settings & Master Data Transactional Data, Currency Translation, Intercompany Elimination Consolidation of Investments, Financial Close, and Reporting Project Experience: At least two end-to-end implementations, including enhancements, developments, upgrades, and hands-on experience in support projects. Extensive experience in Custom Development (RICEFW) for FI/CO & Group Reporting. Configuration of SAP system to align with business requirements and support for developments/enhancements. Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM module integrations and external system interfaces. Requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and end-user support during hypercare. Soft Skills & Leadership: Ability to analyze incidents, service requests, and change requests to determine the best solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables. Experience in documentation of configurations and system design for easy support and knowledge transfer. Willingness to support emergency requests on weekdays, weekends, or holidays as needed.
