Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable SAP Order to Cash (O2C) solutions aligned with business goals. Partner with business teams and IT Operations to drive end-to-end (E2E) solution delivery. Participate in all project phases - design, implementation, unit testing, UAT preparation/documentation. Recommend and evaluate strategies for leveraging SAP O2C to meet business needs. Provide daily support for O2C systems, including configuration, structures, and authorizations. Monitor ongoing system performance and provide continuous improvement solutions. Ensure smooth integration with Finance, Inter-Company, and Transfer Pricing flows. Lead offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with adjacent functions to provide integrated solutions. Apply industry best practices using deep SAP domain knowledge.
