Client Engagement & Proposal Development:
Engage with clients to understand their transportation management needs.
Prepare and present proposals that align with client objectives.
Deliver compelling demonstrations of SAP TM functionalities to potential clients.
System Configuration & Scenario Building:
Configure SAP TM systems tailored to client-specific needs.
Develop and implement complex transportation management scenarios in test systems.
Optimize system setups for clients' operational processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, scenarios, and processes.
Prepare detailed reports and manuals for both clients and internal use.
Maintain updated records of system changes, configurations, and client interactions.
Training Delivery:
Design and deliver training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in SAP TM.
Provide consultant training to build internal and external expertise.
Address any issues or queries from training participants, offering support as needed.
Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any post-implementation issues.
Offer expert advice and recommendations to optimize SAP TM use in client environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
Stays updated with the latest SAP TM developments and integrate them into training and client solutions.
