We are seeking a dedicated Scaffolder Supervisor to manage scaffolding teams for our Oil & Gas Shutdown Project in Qatar. The Scaffolder Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct scaffolding teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and schedule scaffolding work in coordination with project teams.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to scaffolders on safe work practices.

Required Skills:

• Advanced CISRS Certification.
• QG Approved PTW Level 1.
• Extensive knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
