We are seeking a creative and experienced Schematic Design Lead to guide the initial design phases of our Ultra Luxury Villa/Mansion projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing schematic designs that meet client requirements and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of schematic design concepts and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define design requirements.
• Prepare design documentation, including plans, elevations, and renderings.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Required Skills

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
