The School Counselor will provide counseling services, develop and implement support programs, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create a positive and inclusive school environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing academic, social, and emotional issues.</li><li>Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and prevent bullying and other harmful behaviors.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success and address any concerns.</li><li>Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential student records.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Counseling and guidance skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators</li><li>Knowledge of child development and adolescent psychology</li></ul>
