Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master/PM & Agile Implementer to join our team. As a Scrum Master/PM & Agile Implementer, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles, and driving the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team is able to achieve its sprint goals.
• Track and report on team progress.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
