Key Responsibilities:
Guide the team in Agile principles, ensuring smooth adoption of Scrum methodologies.
Coach team members, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize backlog items.
Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, managing cross-functional dependencies.
Drive empirical product planning for improved forecasting and delivery.
Maintain continuous improvement backlogs, information radiators, and RAID logs.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the team, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Provide training and mentorship on Agile methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in consulting or enterprise environments.
Certifications: CSM, SAFe SSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Skills: Strong facilitation, servant leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
