Must be able to demonstrate good working SAFe, Scrum and KANBAN exp. I would say at least 8 years of SM experience will be good. Some type of active Scrum Master certification is mandatory Clarity on Agile concepts and should be able to apply Agile principals per project demand, not just going by text book answers/steps. Having P&C understanding is mandatory Excellent communication
