We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team on Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team can focus on delivering value.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
• Work with the product owner to manage the product backlog.

Required Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
