Job Description
We are seeking an experienced #SDET with strong automation testing expertise to join our QA and DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines, with a deep understanding of software development principles. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Implement BDD/TDD practices for test automation.
Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.
Perform API testing using #REST and HTTP methods, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Work closely with the #DevOps team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Apply OOPs concepts and Collections effectively in automation framework design.
Analyze and debug test failures, #identify root causes, and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with developers and product teams for shift-left testing and early defect detection.
