Job Description

Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage and organize meetings, appointments, and schedules. Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain and organize office documents and files. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other external partners as needed. Assist with real estate platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and other property listing apps. Prepare and proofread reports, contracts, and official documents. Manage office supplies and assist with other general office tasks.
