Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the office.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and scheduling of appointments.
- Coordinate communication between clients and lawyers in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing and formatting legal documents and case files.
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with utmost professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with UAE litigation systems and e-court platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
