<ul><li>Review documents related to finance and banking agreements (loan, leasing, factoring)</li><li>Draft and review operational agreements (lease, software, construction, sale & purchase, etc.)</li><li>Responsible for organizing General Meetings of Shareholders (both annual and extraordinary)</li><li>Prepare all required documents for corporate actions</li></ul>
