We are seeking a qualified and experienced Security Trainer to deliver effective training programs focused on physical security practices, emergency response, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring that all security personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. Job Description: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing security personnel. Conduct classroom sessions, hands-on drills, and simulation exercises. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and assessment tools. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Train staff on incident response, access control, emergency evacuation, and threat detection. Ensure training is compliant with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with security and HR departments to assess training needs. Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on progress and effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest security practices and integrate them into training.
