We are hiring a Senior Accountant with a strong background in real estate finance to manage end-to-end accounting operations, project-wise financials, statutory compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in real estate accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledgers, and reconciliations Prepare project-wise financial statements, cash flows, and MIS reports Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory returns Supervise billing, client payments, and collection processes Ensure RERA compliance and maintain project-specific financial records Manage vendor payments, purchase records, and cost tracking Coordinate with CA, auditors, and internal teams for audits Implement internal controls and financial best practices
