- Lead the design and development of facade systems for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. - Produce detailed facade drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation (tender, IFC, shop drawings, fabrication details). - Coordinate closely with architects, structural/MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet performance, aesthetic, budget, and program targets. - Resolve technical issues related to cladding, curtain wall, glazing, unitized systems, and waterproofing/thermal performance. - Conduct material research and specifications; review submittals, mock-ups, and test reports (e.g., ASTM/AAMA/PMU). - Support site coordination, inspections, and quality control to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals. - Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and client/authority meetings; manage deliverables to deadlines.
