Job Description
<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Partner with leaders & stakeholders to identify skills gaps and development needs</li><li>Design & deliver impactful learning programs (e-learning, ILT, blended)</li><li>Facilitate/coordinate engaging workshops & training sessions</li><li>Manage Learning Management System (LMS) - content, reporting & tracking</li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments & KPIs</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instructional Design & Adult Learning Principles</li><li>Proven expertise in designing, delivering & evaluating learning programs</li><li>Familiarity with LMS platforms & e-learning tools</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills</li><li>Data-driven mindset with ability to improve learning outcomes</li><li>Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee growth</li></ul>
