We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact international defence capability programme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements engineering, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a complex, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
• Support the development and execution of test plans.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in requirements engineering.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience in the defence/NATO/government context.
• Fluent English.
