We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage industrial construction projects (factories, warehouses, process plants, heavy equipment foundations, PEB structures, and utility facilities). The ideal candidate will have hands-on execution expertise, strong technical knowledge, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil & structural works for industrial projects.
- Review and interpret structural & architectural drawings.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities using MS Project / Primavera.
- Manage foundation works for heavy machinery, PEB sheds, pipe racks, cable trenches, industrial flooring, drainage, and utility facilities.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, BIS standards, NBC, ASTM, OHSAS/ISO 45001.
- Conduct quality checks (concrete tests, steel placement, welding inspections, NDT).
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Handle BOQ preparation, billing, rate analysis, and contract management.
- Lead site teams (junior engineers, supervisors, and contractors) effectively.
Technical Knowledge Required
- Concrete Technology & Structural Engineering (RCC, PEB, composite structures).
- Industrial Construction Techniques (machine foundations, heavy-duty flooring, utility services).
- Project Management Tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro - review level).
- Quality & Safety Standards (QA/QC, safety audits, risk management).
- Understanding of local bylaws, industrial regulations, and environmental norms.

- 10-15 years of proven experience in industrial projects (manufacturing plants, warehouses, process industries).
