We’re looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing Alternative Tailings Technologies. As a subject matter expert in civil and geotechnical engineering, you will play a key role in innovative projects related to tailings storage, waste management, and environmental sustainability.

• Lead & Supervise Projects: Oversee design and execution of tailings storage technologies (filtered, thickened, paste, and more).
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect and analyze data, providing actionable insights for improved engineering solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to apply cutting-edge technology in hard rock tailings management.
• Field & Lab Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of field trials and lab tests.
• Safety & Risk Management: Prioritize safety and risk reduction throughout all phases of the project.
