Chartered/Professional Engineer status (or equivalent) is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering standards and codes for Offshore Civil/Structural Engineering. Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in complex, multi-project environments. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation proficiency. Expertise in providing technical design and engineering services for Offshore Civil/Structural projects. Commitment to achieving technical quality while adhering to client procedures, schedules, budgets, and HSE standards. Ability to conduct in-house site surveys and manage projects from concept through commissioning. Ensuring compliance with client technical assurance, environmental, and safety policies. Reviewing technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines. Supporting the Engineering Department in updating and applying client standards. Planning and coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
