We are seeking a Senior Contracts and Claims Specialist to join our team for railway construction supervision assignments in the Balkans. The Senior Contracts and Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, evaluating contractor claims, and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer construction contracts.
• Evaluate and negotiate contractor claims.
• Provide legal and contractual advice.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
• Resolve disputes and manage project variations.

• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
