What You’ll Do:

• Build, fine-tune & deploy NLP/LLM models (text classification, NER, sentiment, etc.)
• Adapt & optimize pre-trained LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LLaMA...)
• Develop ML models for credit scoring & risk assessment
• Process/unstructured text: tokenization, embeddings, vectorization
• Ship reliable solutions in collaboration with engineering & product teams
• Mentor juniors & foster innovation in AI/ML

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 yrs experience in NLP / ML / LLM work
• Strong skills with transformers (BERT, GPT, LLaMA...)
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face, Keras
• Experience with NLP tooling: spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, etc.
• Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL, RESTful APIs
• Good problem-solving & creativity
