Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI - Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance and increase user engagement - Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic - Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes - Design and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads - Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, analyze data, and improve marketing effectiveness - Optimize and manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including campaign creation, performance tracking, and employee account activation in line with company guidelines - Develop a comprehensive content calendar and event agenda for the entire year in advance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seasonal trends - Coordinate logistical support for events, such as professional photography and media coverage, to produce high-quality content - Plan and execute promotional activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution - Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement - Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
