We are looking for a Senior Draftsman to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure, smart systems, and MEP drafting, along with solid knowledge of local GCC standards and coordination with site and consultant teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare shop, as-built, and coordination drawings for smart systems (CCTV, BMS, ICT), architectural, and MEP scopes. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and consultants to ensure accurate and up-to-date drawings. Attend site meetings, resolve technical clashes, and revise drawings as per construction progress. Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, consultant procedures, and document control systems (e.g., Aconex). Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's in Architectural Drafting, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. 710 years of experience in drafting for infrastructure, MEP, or smart city projects. 3+ years in Kuwait or GCC with knowledge of local regulations and consultant expectations. Proficient in: AutoCAD (2D & 3D) Revit / BIM Navisworks / Civil 3D (preferred) CAD standards, xRefs, and layer management. Requirements: Must be currently residing in Kuwait. Transferable visa is preferred. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
