Key Responsibilities

• Develop & customize eLearning modules with interactive elements and assessments
• Produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos
• Manage and support LMS content
• Ensure accessibility & inclusivity standards in all designs
• Apply gamification strategies to boost engagement
• Lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to junior designers

Skills Needed

eLearning Tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia (or similar)

Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Knowledge of: SCORM/xAPI, LMS administration, HTML5/CSS (preferred)

Strong grasp of instructional design, gamification, and visual storytelling
