Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all electrical works across residential or commercial facilities or Banking Sector, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality, and timelines Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet execution milestones Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including lighting, power, low current, and fire alarm systems Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project integration Review and validate shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with safety codes and standards Monitor progress, report site issues, and proactively address any deviations from plans Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe execution of all electrical works Assist in procurement planning, material follow-up, and coordination with suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical executionpreferably in residential compounds or high-rise buildings Strong knowledge of electrical systems, execution methodologies, and regulatory codes Experience in managing site teams and coordinating with various project stakeholders Familiarity with project planning, reporting tools, and execution tracking systems Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
