Study and analyze tender documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, and client requirements. Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimations for Electrical (HV & LV Distribution) and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Public Address, etc.). Perform quantity take-offs and material/equipment costing using industry-standard tools and estimation software. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical compliance. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to the management. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for technical clarifications and value engineering solutions. Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and new technologies. Participate in tender reviews, risk assessments, and post-tender clarifications with clients and consultants. Support contract negotiation and handover of awarded projects to the execution team. Maintain a cost database and estimation documentation for future references and benchmarking.
