We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage all aspects of quantity surveying for our high-rise MIVAN projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, particularly in high-rise MIVAN construction, and a proven track record of successfully managing project costs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
* Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
* Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
* Prepare and submit cost reports to project management.
