Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Candy software to develop and manage project budgets, tender documents.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure accuracy in cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project teams, including procurement, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Maintain updated knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Analyze project risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in construction project estimation.
• Proven experience using Candy software in construction project estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
