Preference for both male & female designers

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion design
• Strong ability to sketch by hand
• Excellent design and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong sense of style, fabric, and color combinations
• Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
