Job Description

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conceptualize and produce visuals for social media (posts, stories, reels), paid ads, emailers and landing pages.</li><li>Create Amazon/marketplace listing creatives: hero images, infographics, A+ modules, storefront banners and product mockups that meet marketplace guidelines.</li><li>Edit and retouch photos; basic product photography direction and image optimisation for web.</li><li>Produce short motion graphics and edit short-form video (15-60s) for social and ad creatives.</li><li>Work with content & marketing to translate campaign briefs into conversion-focused designs.</li><li>Deliver multiple projects on tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications & Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating social, e-commerce, ad and product creatives.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.</li><li>Basic video/motion skills: Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent) — able to create/edit short ad reels.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma/Sketch for collaboration (preferred).</li><li>Understanding of marketplace image specs (Amazon, Flipkart) and best practices for conversion-oriented product pages.</li><li>Good command of English (written) for working with briefs and creating on-image copy.</li></ul><h3>Preferred / Nice-to-Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with Amazon A+ Content creation, storefront design or listing optimization.</li><li>Experience creating creatives for paid social (Facebook/Instagram) and knowledge of ad creative testing principles.</li><li>Experience with product photography or studio shoots (lighting, composition).</li><li>Strong time management, organization and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes</h3><ul><li>Creative thinker with commercial sensibility — design that looks good and converts.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable receiving and acting on feedback.</li><li>Eager to learn, experiment and iterate quickly.</li></ul>
