Salary Package: AED 6,000 8,000 Roles & Responsibilities: AC Systems: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of split, package, and central air conditioning units Diagnose system faults and ensure optimal cooling efficiency Conduct gas charging, compressor replacement, and thermostat calibration Home Automation: Install and configure smart home systems including lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment integration Program control systems and troubleshoot device connectivity or configuration issues Collaborate with clients to design customized automation solutions Electrical Work: Conduct electrical installations, rewiring, and panel board maintenance Perform routine inspection and troubleshooting of electrical circuits, switches, and outlets Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations General Technical Duties: Step in across different technical domains when needed (plumbing, basic carpentry, etc.) Lead small projects or task teams for urgent maintenance and repair Act as a mentor to junior technicians and assist with team coordination
