Solid knowledge in all HR functions: recruitment & selection, personnel affairs, payroll management, training & development, organizational development, performance appraisal, and compensation & benefits.
Full awareness of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and private medical insurance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
