Job Description

As a senior HR generalist, you will handle key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and organizational development. Key duties include: - Managing recruitment, performance, payroll, and organizational development. - Implementing a company-wide performance appraisal system. - Overseeing recruitment processes, from interviews to onboarding. - Maintaining attendance records and employee files. - Conducting new hire orientations. - Prepare HR reports, handle expense reporting, and manage office schedules. - Updating KPIs and HR data consistently.
