Job Description

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design process for their prestigious hospitality and residential projects. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, providing innovative and high-quality design solutions. You will also play a key role in team management, ensuring the smooth progression of multiple projects in collaboration with the Head of Design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process from initial concept through to project installation. - Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver bespoke design solutions. - Manage FF&E specifications and oversee the selection of finishes and materials. - Contribute to team management, including performance reviews and daily support. - Ensure projects stay within budget and meet agreed timelines. - Provide mentorship to junior designers and inspire creativity within the team. Key Experience/Skills Required: - Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. - 7+ years of post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years in luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors. - Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong technical knowledge of interior architecture and materials. - Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion. - An understanding of budgeting, procurement, and project financials. - Exceptional project leadership and team management skills. - A keen eye for detail, scale, balance, and color.
