We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to join our new catering company in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operations across Catering, Housekeeping, and Laundry services. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Setup & Management Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems. Oversee installation and configuration of hardware, software, and operating systems. Manage data backups, storage, and disaster recovery systems. Systems & Applications Support the implementation of ERP / catering management software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or specialized catering ERP). Provide technical support for POS, kitchen display systems (KDS), and operational monitoring systems. Networking & Security Monitor and secure the companys network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, and cloud services. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations. Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessments. Support & Troubleshooting Act as the go-to IT support for all staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Provide training to staff on IT systems, cyber awareness, and proper system usage. Liaise with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
