Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end leasing process (from prospecting to closing).
• Handle client requests from RFP to submission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Negotiate lease agreements aligned with company policies.
• Monitor market trends to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in leasing (real estate / retail / property management).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
