We are looking for a Senior Manager - Design & Product Development to join our team in the Home Textile industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design innovation, product development, and managing end-to-end production processes to meet global market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee product design and development from concept to execution.
• Research and analyze global textile trends to create innovative product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, merchandising, quality).
• Ensure timely product launches aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage and mentor the design & development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 12-14 years of relevant experience in Home Textile design & product development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under strict timelines.
