This leadership role involves managing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, optimizing resources, and driving a high-performance culture on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production to meet customer demand Oversee injection molding, blow molding, and assembly operations Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality guidelines Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production staff (operators, technicians, supervisors) Foster high levels of engagement, discipline, and productivity Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks Drive efficiency through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Quality Control: Work with QA to ensure compliance with quality standards Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance for optimal machine performance Support preventive maintenance planning Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and training Inventory & Materials: Manage raw material consumption and minimize scrap Coordinate with warehouse for storage and material handling
