Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions. - Transform and thrive in a rapidly evolving, competitive, and digital landscape. - Design business strategies by collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities. - Conduct market research to track trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory impacts. -Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements in processes, technology, and people. - Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, creating and presenting project plans, developing project documentation, and delivering successful outcomes. Digital Transformation: - Lead end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences (B2B & B2C). - Align technology transformation strategies with organizational goals. - Identify and mitigate risks affecting transformation success. - Monitor and measure transformation impact on KPIs and business outcomes.
