Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for roundtables, CXO meets, and industry events. This role involves close coordination with OEMs, cybersecurity partners, and internal stakeholders to position CXO Junction as a go-to platform for meaningful tech conversations and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing Strategy: Lead end-to-end marketing for roundtables, webinars, CXO meetups, and partner events.
Partner/OEM Collaboration: Work with cybersecurity vendors, service providers, and OEMs to plan co-branded campaigns and joint events.
Content Creation: Develop promotional content including emailers, landing pages, event invites, LinkedIn posts, speaker bios, brochures, and post-event reports.
Demand Generation: Drive audience registrations and engagement for each event through strategic campaigns.
Social & Digital Campaigns: Manage event-specific social media, paid ads, and influencer outreach when required.
CXO Engagement: Work with the outreach team to ensure high-quality CXO participation and sustained relationship building.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs for each campaign and prepare post-event performance reports for partners and internal use.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with designers, agencies, event teams, and logistics partners as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
35 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT, cybersecurity, or tech media sector.
Proven experience in event marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to create engaging copy and content.
Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, or equivalents.
