Job Description

Create and apply brand guidelines in all company materials. Help the company reach its market share and growth goals. Do market research to find new opportunities for promotion and expansion. Understand customer needs and help launch competitive products. Make sure the right products are available to meet market demand. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product needs. Set and manage pricing strategies for products and services. Handle customer satisfaction programs to build trust and loyalty. Plan and run promotions, advertisements, and campaigns using different media (e.g., social media, print). Join marketing events to boost brand awareness and measure their success. Work with partners and vendors to ensure successful campaigns. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce quality materials. Keep updated with the latest marketing tools and trends to improve campaigns. Team up with sales to make sure marketing supports their goals. Provide product training to frontliners and customer-facing staff. Manage the marketing budget and stick to spending limits. Follow company safety rules and health regulations. Help improve systems, policies, and procedures related to marketing. Follow company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality rules. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
