We’re a fast-paced startup and looking for a Senior Operations Specialist who can keep our operations sharp, scalable, and partner-focused. 🚀 📍 Location: Based in Sheikh Zayed, with 80% remote / 20% onsite flexibility. ⏰ Employment Type: Full-time 💡 What you’ll be doing: • Keep partner data (menus, pricing, promotions) accurate and up to date • Onboard and train restaurant partners, providing ongoing support and updates • Work with restaurant partners to optimize processes, guide menu management, pricing, and order fulfillment for efficiency • Analyze partner performance metrics, share insights, and drive improvements • Work with finance to ensure smooth and accurate transactions • Prepare documentation and reports to support partnerships and compliance • Act as a go-to point for back-office processes and operational issues • Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiency • Spot opportunities to improve processes and help Dyne move faster 👩‍💻 What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • 3-5 years’ experience in operations (tech or food industry a plus) • Strong skills in Google Suite & Microsoft Office • Proficient in data management with high accuracy • Highly organized, able to multitask effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong data integrity standards • Familiarity with financial processes and reconciliation • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools ✨ Why Dyne?
