Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and organizational culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and provide detailed reports and analytics to track recruitment performance.
Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media channels to reach potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and lead candidate selection processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide thought leadership around best practices in recruitment.
Assist with developing and refining recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives.
