We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer to manage and control project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget. The Senior QS Engineer will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and providing accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Required Skills:
