The Senior Quantity Surveyor will support the Cost Manager in managing all cost and commercial aspects of large-scale site development projects, including roads, infrastructure, and building works. This role encompasses cost planning, procurement support, contract administration, change management, and valuation to ensure projects are delivered on budget while maintaining technical and quality standards.
