<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil, Interior & MEP) to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our commercial real estate projects.</p><ul><li>Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents</li><li>Vendor & contractor billing, verification, and certification</li><li>Cost monitoring and value engineering</li><li>Coordination with design, procurement, and project teams</li><li>Ensuring project cost control and budget adherence</li></ul>
