Job Description

<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise to join our growing team in Dubai.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Prepare & review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets</li><li>Manage contracts, variations, and claims</li><li>Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets</li><li>Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift</li><li>Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers</li><li>Provide commercial and cost advice to project management</li><li>Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts</li><li>Mentor and guide junior QS staff</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience in UAE</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software</li><li>Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC</li><li>Strong knowledge in FIDIC & POMI</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills</li></ul>
